On the hunt with our client for her perfect home on the South Coast, we discovered South St — an iconic north-facing art deco house in Ulladulla with 280° panoramic views. Together with designer Sean from Salt Building & Design, we expanded and modernised the home while preserving its original charm, adding a second floor, internal lift, pool, and refreshed interiors. Every detail — from curved archways to tiered landscaping — was designed to feel like it had always been part of the house.
